Home from Kesnington and New Dolls for Christmas Shopping

It's that time of year again: The Kensington Christmas Festival and Christmas Shopping! I had a wonderful show on Saturday and thank you to everybody who visited my stall at the show.

Dolls House Magazine Editor Christianne Berridge has written a lovely piece on the Kensington dolls house festival (including a picture of Karen Bamford and a rather bedraggled looking Georgina due to a lack of hotel hair dryers! )

I have 18 dolls left in stock now, all of which are available to buy on the website and will be sent to you by Special Delivery in good time for Christmas. For international Christmas posting dates please see my home page. I only have two dolls left in period costume: a Victorian/Edwardian Lady and a Regency lady. I'll have to get making some more over the Christmas break in time for the City of London Dolls House Festival in January.

In the meantime, here are some recent commissions that I have been working on. These dolls have sold and are now in a private collection however if you are interested in these or something similar please get in touch as I mostly work to order.

And for my fellow cat lovers....

Home From Miniatura....

Well it's five days since I got home from Miniatura and already I'm back in the workroom preparing a "family" of Dolls for the January Issue of The Dolls House Magazine and new designs for the Christmas Kensington Dolls House Festival.

In the meantime here are some new designs that I prepared for Miniatura and sold at the show. If you are interested in these dolls or something similar please drop me a line...

It was wonderful to see everybody at Miniatura and the dolls had a very successful weekend for which I am grateful to all my lovely collectors! I really enjoyed the show and chatting to everybody and look forward to seeing you all again at the KDF in November.

New costumed dolls have been added to the website today which I hope you enjoy!

Change of Address, Tiggers and See you at Miniatura!

Hello,

Apologies for the lack of posts over the summer. As some of you may know by now I have moved both home and business from London to the Wirral. Needless to say it was a somewhat chaotic experience not least because the removal firm didn't turn up and we ended up moving out of the busy Fortess Road at 10pm and driving through the night!

On the plus side the move has afforded me a lot more work space, an "on site kiln" and room for a kitten! At the moment he is called Tigger but I don't think it suits him. Mind you, he does bounce...

and sit in handbags...

Perhaps we should name him Rufus?

Or Tiggerrufus!!!!

Hmmm!

Anyway, back to the point. My new phone number is: 0151 2001 545 and I'm very much looking forward to seeing everybody at Miniatura soon!

With best wishes

Anglia Dolls' Houses

Hello!

I hope you're all well and enjoyed the Jubilee celebrations last week. I ventured out to Hyde Park to watch the concert on the big screens on Monday evening and it only rained once!

Before I went off to the concert, I visited my friends Tim and Angela Hartnall in Ely. Many of you will know Tim's beautiful bespoke Anglia Dolls' Houses. Between dog walking and enjoying wonderful home cooking we found to time to photograph some of my dolls in Tim's amazing Dolls' Houses....
